Our technicians work seven days a week to keep our equipment in full working order. Our technicians are highly skilled and trained on all our equipment. When we place equipment in your business you can rest assured that any service issues will be resolved in a timely matter.

When a service issues arises with a machine placed in your business please report it to our office at: (773) 463-5300. Monday - Friday from 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM our office will answer your call and take down the details of the problem. We will then dispatch a technician to your business. After 6:00 PM and on weekends our answering machine is monitored closely by our technicians who will respond promptly to your call.
